Card Processing Fee

To ensure we can continue offering our services at the highest level, a 4% processing fee will be added to all transactions. Our payment processor collects this fee and does not go to Trixies. If you’d like to avoid the charge, we welcome payments in cash or by check. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!

Card on File
We require a credit card on file to book an appointment at Trixies Salon & Spa. Your information will be filed in our secure booking system and only used per our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Cancellations and Reschedules
Our policy requires 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule all appointments. We want to express how important it is that you never no-show an appointment. If you are no longer able to make your appointment, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible to ensure our ability to re-book your appointment time. While we understand emergencies happen, we require you to provide your stylist at Trixies Salon & Spa a 24-hour rescheduling request or cancellation notice.
To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a card on file to book any appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a fee totaling 50% of services booked. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please communicate them before committing to an appointment. Thank you for supporting us by respecting our policy.

Late Policy
Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving more than 15 minutes late to their appointment may be asked to reschedule and will be expected to pay a fee for the time they reserved. When possible we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival.
Purchases and Refunds
Product sales may be returned within 30 days for exchange or store credit only. All boutique sales are final. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned.
Monetary refunds will not be made for hair services rendered however your stylist will happily make adjustments to the original service. Requests for haircut or hair color adjustments must be made within 14 days of the original appointment. Most corrective color processes require multiple visits; for this reason color adjustments do not apply to corrective color appointments.
Love it or Let us Know
Client satisfaction is important to us! If you have questions or concerns about a service you are getting or have received please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We ask that you contact the location of your service and ask for a Leadership Team Member who will be happy to discuss options. Please keep in mind that, depending on schedules, it may be a day or two before they can get back to you.
We realize and welcome that you may wish to change to a different stylist due to schedule changes, pricing, or to gain a new perspective. Our entire salon receives continuous training and education together as a team and we believe in servicing our clients as a team. If, for any reason, you wish or need to see a different stylist at Trixies Salon & Spa, we encourage you to do so and can help refer you to another stylist who fits your needs.
