Cue the confetti, because Katie Bennett won the Curvy Model title in the Harlow & James Curvy Model Search! Her reaction says it all.

Let’s talk skincare!
KVP Labs is a must-add to your daily skincare routine, especially if your skin has ever decided to completely change the rules on you.
Their signature product, Clean Sheet, was created after experiencing the unique skin challenges that can come with perimenopause. The goal? Address skin that can somehow be dry AND breaking out at the same time—because apparently our hormones enjoy keeping things interesting.
The inspiration came from searching beauty aisles for products that actually addressed changing skin. Traditional moisturizers and serums weren't cutting it, while many acne products seemed geared toward teen skin and anti-aging products focused primarily on wrinkles.

National Water Quality Month: Every Drop Matters
Water does so much more than keep us hydrated. It’s part of our everyday wellness—and it also plays a role in the way our skin and hair look and feel.
Here in Iowa, water quality is an important conversation. Drinking-water contaminants such as nitrate and arsenic are regulated because of potential health concerns, and the EPA recommends knowing your water source and checking available water-quality information.
